NOVELTY - A lithium supplement material comprises an inner core comprising a lithium-rich compound (A), and coating layer coated on outer surface of the inner core. The coating layer comprises a lithium-rich compound (B). The content of the lithium-rich compound (B) in the coating layer is smaller than lithium-rich compound (A) in the inner core. USE - Lithium supplement material used in positive electrode sheet for secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium material can provide a large amount of lithium to ensure the lithium supplement capacity and increase the energy density of the battery, and has large inner core lithium content and small coating layer lithium content, has lower residual alkali value, which improves the processing performance and stability.
