▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminate comprises a polymer layer containing p-type dopant and a pin layer sequentially laminated on a substrate, and has surface resistance of less than 600 Omega /square. USE - Graphene laminate is used for electrode and thin-conductive film for electric components e.g. transistor, laser device, touch panel, organic light-emitting device, solar cell and secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has excellent surface resistance and optical transmittance, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparation of graphene laminate.
