▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite graphite electrode is prepared by heating initial impregnating material to molten state under inert atmosphere to obtain fluid impregnating material, dispersing graphene powder into fluid impregnating material to obtain composite impregnating material, dipping initial electrode material in composite dipping material, entering composite impregnating material into gap of initial electrode material, and putting dipped initial electrode material into graphitizing furnace for graphitizing treatment. USE - The method is used for preparing composite graphite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method uses fluidity of fluid impregnating material to fill graphene powder into gap of initial electrode material at one time, avoids needed dipping and roasting program, saves preparation period, takes graphene powder having excellent heat conductivity and conductivity, and improves product conductivity after filling gap of initial electrode material.
