NOVELTY - The preparation method comprises (i) preparing slurry comprising 3-10 wt.% graphite oxide, 0.02-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.02-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.02-1 wt.% reducing agent, 1-10 wt.% carbon fiber powder, and balance water, (ii) using a scraper to scrape the slurry on bottom film, forming wet film, and then drying, baking to form dry film, (iii) heating in an oven to 300 degrees Celsius from 100 degrees Celsius, in nitrogen or vacuum environment, raising temperature to 1000 degrees Celsius, then in argon gas environment, heating to 3000degrees Celsius, where thickness of the baked film is 1-100 mum, and (iv) rolling the film by a pressing roller to obtain the graphene film with the thickness of 1-10 microns. USE - Preparation method of high-conductivity graphene film used in 5G related electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The formulation, coating, sintering and rolling process is improved, capable of preparing continuous large size graphene heat conducting film roll. The method solves the problem that the existing graphite/graphene heat-conducting coefficient is not enough, insufficient heat flux, and high cost.
