NOVELTY - The heating element has a graphene electrode (120) connected to a graphene layer (140) in a side of a flexible transparent substrate (100). The graphene electrode generates heat in the graphene layer. A metal layer is formed between the flexible transparent substrate and the graphene layer. The electrode is patterned by a fine structure. The flexible transparent substrate is made with glass or polymer. A protective layer is formed on the electrode and is provided with a flexible transparent material. USE - Flexible transparent heating element for use in home electronics. ADVANTAGE - The element provides electrical mechanical property, increases calorific efficiency and heat dissipation efficiency, and controls transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The metal layer is made of Nickel, Carbon monoxide, Iron, Platinum, Gold, Aluminum, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Rhodium, Silicon, Tantalum, Titanium, Tungsten, Uranium, Vanadium, Zirconium, brass, bronze, packfong, the stainless steel and Germanium. The graphene layer is provided with Indium tin oxide and carbon nanotube. A dopant is selected from an organic dopant and an inorganic dopant, and is provided with ionic liquid, ionic group, acids compound, organic molecule compound, dichlorodicyanoquinone, oxone, dimyristoyl phosphatidylinositol, trifluromethane sulfonimide. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a flexible transparent heating element system (2) a method for manufacturing a flexible transparent heating element.
