▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano-carbon reinforced polymer coating comprises 0.5-1 wt.%, preferably 0.3-0.8 wt.% carbon nanotubes and 0.3-0.64 wt.% graphene on polymer substrate. USE - Nano-carbon reinforced polymer coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-carbon reinforced polymer coating has excellent radiation resistance and high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing nano-carbon reinforced polymer coating, which involves dispersing carbon nanotubes and graphene to obtain dispersed mixed solution, adding dispersed mixed liquid to the polymer substrate, stirring and ultrasonically processing to obtain mixed material, decompressing and distilling the mixed substrate to remove dispersion, orderly adding modified phenol curing agent to the mixed substrate to remove the dispersion, then adding BYK A530 (RTM: Polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane) defoaming agent and BYK A-141 (RTM: Polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane) defoaming agent and stirring.
