NOVELTY - A highly-adhesive heat-dissipating coating comprises barium petroleum sulfonate, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, nano-silica, silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), dimethylformamide, sodium azide, aluminum trichloride, sodium ascorbate solution, copper sulfate solution, high-density polyethylene, resorcinol, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, phthalate polyester, alkenyl succinic anhydride, casein, calcium ricinoleate and celite. USE - Highly-adhesive heat-dissipating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipating coating has prolonged service life and improved adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A highly-adhesive heat-dissipating coating comprises 3-4 pts. wt. barium petroleum sulfonate, 12-15 pts. wt. styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 6-10 pts. wt. propargyl alcohol, 90-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 700-800 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium azide, 0.04-0.05 pts. wt. aluminum trichloride, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.6-2% sodium ascorbate solution, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.8-2% copper sulfate solution, 130-140 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 0.6-1 pt. wt. resorcinol, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 3-4 pts. wt. phthalate polyester, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. alkenyl succinic anhydride, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. casein, 0.7-1 pt. wt. calcium ricinoleate and 2-4 pts. wt. celite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing highly-adhesive heat-dissipating coating.
