NOVELTY - Preparing floor paint, comprises: (i) adding ferrous sulfate solution to recycled carbon fiber or chopped carbon fiber, then slowly adding hydrogen peroxide, reacting, filtering and drying to obtain carbon fiber of high graphitization rate, finally crushing the carbon fiber of high graphitization rate into carbon fiber micro powder of different particle size by air flow crushing method to obtain high graphitization rate carbon fiber micro-powder; (ii) adding conductive agent in epoxy resin, and stirring and dispersing at high speed; and (iii) sequentially adding leveling agent, polyolefin wax rheological agent, polysiloxane solvent antifoaming agent, antibacterial agent, halogen-free phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant, uniformly stirring, adding color filler, high-speed stirring and dispersing to obtain the floor coating. USE - The floor paint is used in electronics, micro-electronics, communication, precision instrument, computer, aerospace and military fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides floor coating with good permanent conductivity, anti-static property, better coloring performance, wear resistance, solvent resistance, flame retardance and antibacterial properties, is solvent-free and no heavy metal-free and easy to color, meets the environment-friendly requirements. The method is simple, economical, controllable, and suitable for mass production.
