NOVELTY - Preparation of negative dielectric constant material, which involves mixing graphene powder, carbon nanotube powder and phenolic resin powder, and ball milling the mixture, then adding poly(vinyl alcohol), grinding the mixture, pouring the powder into mold, and compressing the powder into thin slices. USE - Preparation of negative dielectric constant material used for manufacturing resonator, filter and oscillator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material is prepared with a certain amount of functional groups which are not connected to each other and are not conductive, so that current leakage and dielectric loss are reduced.
