NOVELTY - Graphene-based composite anticorrosive material comprises graphene/polyaniline and graphene/cerium dioxide. USE - Used as graphene-based composite anticorrosive material. ADVANTAGE - The material has dual effects of electrochemical and physical anticorrosion and salt spray resistance of more than 1000 hours. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) sequentially adding graphite powder, potassium nitrate and potassium permanganate into concentrated sulfuric acid at -20 degrees C, uniformly stirring, reacting at 0-20 degrees C for 4-6 hours, adding deionized water, heating to 70-90 degrees C, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide to make the solution bright yellow, filtering while hot, washing with 1% hydrogen chloride solution and deionized water until there is no sulfate in the filtrate is detected, and drying filter cake; (ii) adding graphite oxide prepared in step (i) into distilled water, ultrasonically treating for 10-15 minutes to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding hydrochloric acid solution of aniline, adding ammonium persulfate under stirring condition, reacting, filtering, washing the filter cake, and drying to obtain graphene oxide-polyaniline composite material; (iii) adding graphite oxide prepared in the step (i) into distilled water, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding cerium nitrate hexahydrate and aqueous ammonia, stirring and reacting for 2-5 hours, drying for 3-5 hours in vacuum drying box at 200 degrees C, washing product with distilled water and acetone for multiple times until neutrality, placing into a vacuum drying box for drying at 50 degrees C, calcining at 600-700 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain graphene oxide/cerium dioxide; and (iv) taking graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material and graphene oxide/cerium dioxide composite material, adding distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding sodium borohydride into the solution, reacting at 100-110 degrees C for 5-6 hours, filtering while hot, washing with deionized water and acetone for multiple times, freeze-drying.
