NOVELTY - A graphene electric film comprises insulating protective layer and heat generating layer, where the heat generating layer is coated on upper and lower sides graphene electric film, the heat generating layer is prepared by mixing 1 pts. wt. graphene in 5-150 pts. wt. solvent, dispersing ultrasonically to obtain graphene dispersion, stirring with solidifying liquid 10-1000 ml/hour in preparation apparatus at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds for forming solidified film and drying to obtain heat generating layer. USE - Graphene electric film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electric film has simple structure, large area, high conversion efficiency, good heat conductivity, good toughness and good shielding effect, and can be prepared in safe, accurate and eco-friendly manner.
