NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium-ion battery involves preparing a positive electrode and a negative electrode, separating the positive electrode and the negative electrode with a separator, forming a battery cell by lamination, and injecting a fluorine-based low-temperature electrolyte into the cell. The positive electrode comprises a positive active material containing a three-dimensional channel magnesium-based material. USE - Preparation of lithium-ion battery used in portable electronic equipment, electric automobile, military and aviation applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare lithium-ion battery, which has improved mobile rate of lithium ion at the electrode/electrolyte interface at low temperature, thus reducing the polarization of the battery, improving the low temperature capacity of battery, multiplying power electrochemical performance, and preventing the lithium dendrite penetrating the separator, and reducing the potential safety hazard caused by short circuit of battery.
