NOVELTY - Anode slurry comprises anode active material, conductive agent, adhesive, cross-linking agent and solvent. The adhesive is ethyl formate based compound (I). USE - The anode slurry is useful in preparing anode sheet for power battery in automobile field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode slurry: can reduce cost of raw materials and improve bonding effect between anode slurry and current collector thus reduces cost of automobiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anode slurry comprises anode active material, conductive agent, adhesive, cross-linking agent and solvent. The adhesive is ethyl formate based compound of formula (I). x, y and z = not defined. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. preparing anode slurry, comprising (i) mixing adhesive with solvent to obtain adhesive solution, and (ii) mixing obtained adhesive solution with anode active material, conductive agent and cross-linking agent, and then defoaming to obtain anode slurry; and 2. anode sheet, where the anode sheet is prepared by using anode slurry.
