NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene enhanced micro nano biological bacterial fertilizer includes compounding activated mixed microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis with nutrient solution containing fragment protein, compound amino acid, polypeptide and humic acid, preparing liquid fertilizer of biological bacterial fertilizer, using liquid fertilizer of biological bacterial fertilizer as base solution, mixing with graphite powder, placing graphite suspension in high-speed colloid mill, grinding, crushing fragments of protein, compound amino acid, polypeptide and humic acid, degrading to generate free amino acid, oligopeptide and fulvic acid to obtain graphite dispersion, placing graphite dispersion in equipment for simultaneous preparation of graphene and micro nano biological fertilizer, using graphite dispersion of biological fertilizer liquid fertilizer as base solution, shearing, preparing graphene and mixing graphene and micro nano liquid fertilizer base solution. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene enhanced micro nano biological bacterial fertilizer. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares low-cost micro nano bio fertilizer enhanced by graphene in bio fertilizer liquid fertilizer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene enhanced micro nano biological bacterial fertilizer comprises compounding activated mixed microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis with nutrient solution containing 30-50 wt.% fragment protein, compound amino acid, polypeptide and humic acid, preparing liquid fertilizer of biological bacterial fertilizer by mixed bacterial fermentation technology, using liquid fertilizer of biological bacterial fertilizer as base solution, mixing with graphite powder, placing graphite suspension in high-speed colloid mill, grinding for 30-80 minutes by high-speed colloid mill at 150000-30000 revolutions per minute (rpm), crushing fragments of protein, compound amino acid, polypeptide and humic acid in liquid fertilizer of biological fertilizer, degrading to generate free amino acid, oligopeptide and fulvic acid to obtain graphite dispersion, placing graphite dispersion in equipment for simultaneous preparation of graphene and micro nano biological fertilizer, using graphite dispersion of biological fertilizer liquid fertilizer as base solution, shearing at 3000-6000 rpm for 3-8 hours, preparing graphene by liquid phase stripping and liquid phase ultrafine grinding to obtain micro nano liquid fertilizer base solution, mixing graphene and micro nano liquid fertilizer base solution and reacting generated graphene with amino, hydroxy and carboxyl groups.
