▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Double-labeled graphene field effect transistor, where the double-labeled graphene field effect transistor is modified with a double-stranded specific nuclease and a DNA probe; DNA probes are laid around the DSN, and the DNA probes are all located within the spatial hydrolysis range of the DSN. USE - Used as double-labeled graphene field effect transistor. ADVANTAGE - The transistor ensures that the DSN can rapidly hydrolyze the DNA probe and release miRNA, the released miRNA can again bind to other DNA probes and cause continuous hydrolysis of the DNA probes, and in turn causes changes in electrical signals.
