NOVELTY - Flexible lithium-ion battery pack comprises a strip-shaped high-strength fiber and multiple lithium-ion batteries. The lithium battery is sleeved on the high strength fiber, and the multiple lithium battery are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the high steel fiber. An anode and a cathode base material are from a polypropylene film. The anode current collector uses a graphene film coated with aluminum foil. The cathode collector uses copper foil, an anode active material is nickel cobalt lithium manganate-cellulose-carbon nano tube cathode. The gel electrolyte comprises a high molecular substance, an electrolyte solvent and a lithium salt. The high molecular material is polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile and/or polymethyl methacrylate. USE - The flexible lithium-ion battery pack for flexible electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to wear-resistant electronic device, smart wristband, smart running shoe, bendable display screen and electronic skin. ADVANTAGE - The flexible lithium-ion battery greatly improves the flexibility of the battery, and improves the energy density and power density by optimizing the current collector and the active material.
