▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene fiber (4) involves (i) providing single or multilayer graphene platelets based on graphene, (ii) attaching a magnetizable substance, preferably transition metals, transition metal oxides or transition metal alloys or magnetizable alloy comprising magnetizable transition metal, or magnetizable Heusler alloy on the graphene platelets by deposition process with the formation of deposits on the platelets, (iii) producing a spinning solution by dispersing the graphene platelets in a carrier liquid, (iv) wet spinning or dry spinning a graphene fiber or graphene oxide fiber by supplying the spinning solution via a supply line (2) to a spinneret (3) and by spraying the solution through the spinneret, and subjecting the spinning solution to a magnetic field (8) when flowing through the supply line and/or the spinneret or when exiting the spinneret, in which magnetic field is preferably electric coil (9) or a permanent magnet, to magnetize the abutments of the platelets. USE - Manufacture of graphene fibers used for forming yarn for electrical component such as semiconductor component such as electrical conductor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene fibers having excellent electroconductivity. The defects in the graphene fiber can be healed in a simple manner. Due to the magnetic forces, the magnetized deposits of the graphene platelets cause interaction between the graphene platelets in such a way that they act as spinning additive and excellent thread formation is achieved during spinning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene fibers, which comprise single or multilayer graphene platelets having attached magnetic substance; and (2) yarn, which comprises several graphene fibers. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a spinning device. Spinning device (1) Supply line (2) Spinneret (3) Graphene fiber (4) Magnetic field (8) Electrical coil (9)
