NOVELTY - High-strength heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 10-50 pts. wt. base resin, 10-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-30 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 3-15 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.1-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The base resin comprises at least one of acrylic resin, epoxy modified acrylic resin and/or polyurethane modified acrylic resin. The glass transition temperature of the base resin is Tg is -10 to 0degrees Celsius. The epoxy resin comprises at least one of epoxy resin, polyether modified epoxy resin, polyurethane modified epoxy resin, rubber modified epoxy resin and/or aliphatic epoxy resin. The epoxy equivalent weight of the epoxy resin is 170-190. USE - The high-strength heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive is useful for preparing heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (claimed) and for adhering an adhered object i.e. battery, of a vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive: has pressure sensitivity in the initial stage, improved strength and good heat conducting performance; and is convenient for adhering the adhered object. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Preparing a high-strength heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising stirring and mixing the base resin, epoxy resin, heat conducting filler, curing agent, accelerator, flame retardant and auxiliary agent in proportion; and (2) Heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, obtained by coating the high-strength heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive on a base material.
