NOVELTY - PCR composition comprises graphene oxide coated gold nanoparticles, primer pair and nucleic acid polymerase. USE - The PCR composition is used in kit for detecting nucleic acid and amplifying nucleic acid. The method is useful for amplifying target nucleic acid (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for amplifying a target nucleic acid; and (2) kit comprising the above-mentioned composition.
