NOVELTY - A high impact resistance wood-plastic material comprises lithium naphthenate, barium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, oxidized graphene, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, tetrabutyl titanate, dimethyldiethoxysilane, acetylacetone, straw powder, dibutyl maleate, 1,2-dimethylimidazole, polytetrahydrofuran glycol, impact-resistant additives, high-density polyethylene and methyltriethoxysilane. USE - High impact resistance wood-plastic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high impact resistance wood-plastic material has excellent flame retardance, heat resistance and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high impact resistance wood-plastic material comprises 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. lithium naphthenate, 4-5 pts. wt. barium stearate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 14-20 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 3-4 pts. wt. melamine, 7-10 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 27-30 pts. wt. dimethyldiethoxysilane, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. acetylacetone, 130-140 pts. wt. straw powder, 3-5 pts. wt. dibutyl maleate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 3-4 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran glycol, 4-7 pts. wt. impact-resistant additives, 160-190 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene and 31-40 pts. wt. methyltriethoxysilane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high impact-resistance wood-plastic material.
