NOVELTY - The solar energy battery has a substrate (10) that is provided with a silicon layer (11) and silicon dioxide layer (12). The middle portion of silicon dioxide layer is provided with a window (13), such that the depth of window reaches surface of silicon layer. A graphene layer (14) is provided in an inner portion of window. A metal nano-particle array (15) is provided in an inner portion of window. A positive metal electrode (16) is provided in two sides of cover portion and graphene layer. A negative metal electrode (17) is provided in substrate below the surface of silicon layer. USE - Graphene-based-metal nano-particle composite solar energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The structure and the manufacturing process of graphene-based-metal nano-particle composite solar energy battery are simplified. The conductivity of graphite in solar energy battery is improved, so that the property of graphene-based-metal nano-particle composite solar energy battery is improved.
