▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is cooled and maintained at 300-500 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours under protection of argon atmosphere to obtain graphene. Graphene and boron trioxide are mixed in mass ratio of 1:1-1:6 to form a mixture. The mixture is heated at 700-1500 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours under protection of argon atmosphere, cooled to room temperature, and purified to obtain boron-doped graphene. USE - Manufacture of boron-doped graphene (claimed).
