NOVELTY - The device has an object stage (3) moving up and down in Z-axis direction for focusing. The object stage moves to find a graphene image to be detected in X axis and Y axis direction. A computer module (9) controls a rotating motor (11) to drive a polarizer (2) to rotate through a motor driving device (10). The computer module controls a charge coupled device camera (8) to synchronously image after each rotation is in place. USE - Graphene image analysis device for analyzing a graphene image. ADVANTAGE - The object stage moves up and down in the Z-axis direction for focusing, and the object stage moves in the X axis and the Y axis direction to find the graphene image to be detected. The computer module controls the rotating motor to drive the polarizer to rotate through the motor driving device, and controls the charge coupled device camera to synchronously image after each rotation is in place.
