▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive ion gel membrane comprises film substrate comprising polyacrylic acid hydrogel and conductive nanofiller dispersed in polyacrylic acid hydrogel, and polyaniline coating formed on at least one surface of the film substrate. USE - Conductive ion gel membrane for clean energy collection device and sensor e.g. plant growth sensor and ammonia gas detection sensor for electronic skin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive ion gel membrane has excellent mechanical property, capacitance and overall electrical property due to formation of polyaniline coating having excellent electrochemical property on substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the conductive ion gel membrane, which involves adding conductive nanofiller powder, crosslinking agent, and initiator to the acrylic monomer to polymerize the acrylic monomer to obtain film substrate, coating aniline on at least one surface of the film substrate and polymerizing the aniline to form a polyaniline coating on substrate; (2) clean energy collection device, which comprises polyimide film, the conductive ion gel film and aluminum foil laminated from top to bottom. The conductive ion gel membrane is connected to open circuit device to collect clean energy generated by the conductive ion gel membrane; and (3) sensor, which comprises the conductive ion gel membrane and polyvinyl alcohol coating, polydimethylsiloxane coating or petrolatum coating formed on the conductive ion gel film.
