NOVELTY - Long-life guide cylinder comprises an outer layer (3) as pre-oxidized felt insulating felt. The middle layer (2) as modified resin formed on the inner side wall of the outer layer. The inner layer (1) is carbon/carbon composite material, where the density is greater than the density of the outer layer, and formed on the inner side wall of the middle layer. The coating is formed on the outer layer, and whole surface of the middle layer and inner layer. USE - Used as long-life guide cylinder. ADVANTAGE - The cylinder has light weight, good integrity, scouring resistance, good thermal insulation effect and long service life. The method has simple process, low cost and strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing long-life guide cylinder, comprising using nanomaterial comprising at least one of carbon nanospheres, carbon nanotubes, graphene, nanocarbon fibers and nano diamond powder, thermosetting resin composed of at least one of phenolic resin, furan resin, asphalt resin and furfural resin, and filler comprising at least one of silicon powder, silicon carbide powder, silicon dioxide and silicon dioxide hollow microspheres.
