NOVELTY - Gas production test method of metal ion battery involves introducing battery gas into graphene film for separation, trapping carbonic ester organic solvent in gas, passing another gas through film, detecting component and content in permeable gas of graphene film, returning intercepted gas to electrolyte, providing graphene film with first graphene film and second graphene film, connecting first graphene sheet with second graphene sheet. USE - Gas production test method of metal ion battery used for packaging structure of graphene separation film; and used for preparing graphene separation membrane for gas separation of battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to perform gas production test of metal ion battery, which has excellent interception performance, allows carbon dioxide molecule to pass through the film layer, and prolongs testing time of gas produced by battery, where graphene film prepared by spin coating method, which is effectively separate carbonic ester organic solvent and other gas in gas, realizes efficient interception of carbonate organic solvent, and effectively recycles carbonate organoleptic solvent in electrolyte, and is returned to battery, avoids dry of electrolytes; avoids damage to film structure in gasket sealing process, which not only ensures graphene film, exhibits intrinsic separation performance, makes film to used repeatedly, which is good for realizing large scale application of film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing graphene separation membrane for gas separation of battery, which involves: (a) dispersing graphene material in solvent; centrifuging after ultrasonic treatment; obtaining supernatant contains exfoliated graphene nano sheet; (b) spin-coating supernatant on surface of supporting material, drying to obtain graphene separating film; (2) a packaging structure of graphene separation film, which comprises graphene film, component shell, built-in graphene film, spacer member, surface of separating layer of graphene film for preventing separating layer, and assembly shell directly contact.
