NOVELTY - A graphene nanobelt is prepared by etching metal substrate with diluted acid solution, heating, catalytic chemical vapor depositing with ethane, propane, acetylene and ethanol under UV irradiation, cooling, scraping carbon nanotube, placing into current collector, pressing, immersing with reference electrode into electrolyte at room temperature for 1-20 hours at current density of 5-100 mA/cm2, filtering, washing, drying, soaking into liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and liquid hydrogen, cooling, soaking into ionic liquid, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanobelt (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene nanobelt is prepared by etching metal substrate with diluted acid solution, heating at 600-900 degrees C under anaerobic and protective gas atmosphere, catalytic chemical vapor depositing with ethane, propane, acetylene and ethanol under UV irradiation for 30-300 minutes, cooling to room temperature, scraping carbon nanotube, placing into current collector, pressing, immersing with reference electrode into electrolyte at room temperature for 1-20 hours at current density of 5-100 mA/cm2, filtering, washing, drying, soaking into liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and liquid hydrogen for 0.5-30 minutes, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, soaking into ionic liquid for 10-300 minutes, filtering, washing, and drying.
