▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional porous graphene is dispersed in an organic solvent containing metal salt, hydrothermally reacted, cooled, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene. The metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene is dispersed in aqueous solution containing polymer monomer, polymerized, filtered, washed, dried and heat treated, to obtain composite material of carbonaceous metal oxide/metal/three-dimensional porous graphene. USE - Preparation of composite material used for lithium-ion battery and sodium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite material with high operability, repeatability and yield by simple and economical method. The lithium-ion battery comprising the composite material has high specific capacity, magnification characteristics, cycle stability and electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Three-dimensional porous graphene is uniformly dispersed in an organic solvent containing metal salt. Predetermined amount of deionized water is added to mixture and stirred, to obtain homogeneous dispersion of three-dimensional porous graphene and metal salt. The dispersion is transferred to hydrothermal reactor, hydrothermally reacted at 100-140 degrees C for 2-12 hours, naturally cooled, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene. The metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene is ultrasonically dispersed in aqueous solution containing polymer monomer and polymerized under alkaline condition or acidic condition. Oxidant is added to mixture, and monomer is polymerized on surface of metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain composite material of polymer/metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene. The composite material of polymer/metal oxide/three-dimensional porous graphene is heat treated at 500-1000 degrees C and heating rate of 5-10 degrees C/minute in inert atmosphere for 0.5-6 hours, to obtain composite material of carbonaceous metal oxide/metal/three-dimensional porous graphene.
