▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing a liquid crystal cell, where the liquid crystal cell is connected with a glass substrate i.e. silicon substrate, which is provided with an alignment layer. A graphene sample is adhered on the glass substrate. A director of the liquid crystal cell is connected with an edge structure along grid direction, where the liquid crystal cell is made of 4-cyano-5-pentylbiphenyl, 4-cyano-4- hexylbiphenyl or 4-cyano-4-heptylbiphel. USE - Graphene crystal structure analysis method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables analyzing the edge structure of the graphene sample without using an expensive equipment in an effective manner.
