▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene (10) comprises an etched edge portion, where the etched edge portion comprises a functional group. USE - The graphene is useful in a device (claimed) including a sensor and FET. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is a chemically modified graphene which has different electrical properties than the electrical properties of the unmodified graphene, and thus has modified electrical properties including metallic or semiconductor characteristics, electrical resistance, band gap and work function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene sheet comprising many layers of graphene, where a layer of the graphene has an etched edge portion comprising a functional group.
