NOVELTY - The pack (100) with thermoelectric heat extractor has an electric core group (4) provided with multiple electric cores. Each electric core is provided with first electric core (A) and second electric core (B). The first electric core and the second electric core are provided with better cold resistance. Arrangement positions of the first electric core and the second electric core depend on a radiating ability of the pack. A thermal compensation device (5) is provided with a graphene heating film or a Peltier effect device. USE - Battery pack for a vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pack has better cold resistance, and solves problems that temperature difference of battery cells is large, so that a short plate effect is solved, thus improving use performance after low-temperature standing.
