NOVELTY - The cell has a composite electrode formed with a platinum layer and a porous graphene layer. The porous graphene layer is formed on the platinum layer. A porous graphene layer is arranged between the platinum layer and a working electrode. Electrolyte is filled between the working electrode and the composite electrode. The porous graphene layer is formed by overlapping graphene. Pore size of the porous graphene layer is about 500nm to 25mm. Thickness of the porous graphene layer is about 1-50 microns. USE - Dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The cell increases electronic transmission rate so as to improve conversion efficiency of a dye-sensitized solar cell body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a dye-sensitized solar cell manufacturing method.
