NOVELTY - Preparing water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid comprises adding polymer acid and aniline to distilled water respectively, and then introducing nitrogen for 15-50 minutes and placing it at 0-10 degrees C, stirring at a constant speed for 1-5 hours under an environment, slowly adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution or hydrochloric acid solution dropwise, the dripping time is controlled at 1.5-3 hours and then continue to reacting for 8-15 hours to obtain a polymer acid-doped polyaniline solution, taking 50 pts. wt. polymer acid-doped polyaniline solution and adding carbon nanotubes and graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles in sequence, where the total amount of the carbon nanotubes and graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles is 2 -15 pts. wt., milling the graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles with a ball mill for 30-50 minutes before added and mechanically stirring the mixed solution and ultrasonically mixing for 0.5-1.5 hours. USE - The water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid is useful for medical wound skin repairing and aqueous polymer functional material. ADVANTAGE - The liquid: acts as network path to transmit the nuclear layer dielectric signal and give the skin layer piezoelectric sensing effect; produces artificial bionic skin, which has breathable and moisture permeable, hydrophobic and oleophobic, antibacterial, high strength, high Flexible, high conductivity and low resistance; utilizes electrostatic atomization technology for spraying three-dimensional objects at any angle, which realizes the coating of the robot's three-dimensional mechanical structure and joints; can be directly sprayed on the human heart or wrist; and provides the possibility for the later electrical signal transmission of the robot skin or the human heartbeat monitoring in the medical field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid comprises adding polymer acid and aniline to distilled water respectively, the molar ratio of the polymer acid, aniline, and distilled water is (0.1-2.5):1:(1-10), and then introducing nitrogen for 15-50 minutes and placing it at 0-10 degrees C, stirring at a constant speed for 1-5 hours under an environment, slowly adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution or hydrochloric acid solution dropwise, the dripping time is controlled at 1.5-3 hours and then continue to reacting for 8-15 hours to obtain a polymer acid-doped polyaniline solution, taking 50 pts. wt. polymer acid-doped polyaniline solution and adding carbon nanotubes and graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles in sequence, where the total amount of the carbon nanotubes and graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles is 2 -15 pts. wt., milling the graphene loaded with alumina nanoparticles with a ball mill for 30-50 minutes before added and mechanically stirring the mixed solution and ultrasonically mixing for 0.5-1.5 hours INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid prepared by the above mentioned method; (2) nuclear layer atomizing spraying liquid using water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid; (3) preparing the nuclear layer atomized spray liquid comprising adding 5-10 pts. wt. high molecular weight polyacrylamide and 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant to 50-100 pts. wt. water-soluble polyaniline composite liquid and stirring uniformly; (4) preparing the artificial bionic skin using nuclear layer atomized spray liquid comprising using a PET board or PDMS substrate with a thickness of 0.5-1 mm as a support layer and using core layer atomized spray liquid and shell layer atomized spray liquid as basic materials, using electrostatic spray gun with a core-shell double-layer spray nozzle to spray electrostatically on the support layer, where the core-shell double layer nozzle includes a core layer nozzle and a shell layer nozzle sleeved outside the core layer nozzle. The core layer nozzle is used for spraying nuclear layer atomized spray liquid and the shell layer nozzle is used for spraying shell layer atomized spray liquid. The inner diameter of the core-shell nozzle is 0.3-0.8mm and the inner diameter of the shell nozzle is 0.5-2.5 mm, the input voltage of the electrostatic spray gun is 15-50 V and the spray speed is 1-5ml/minutes, placing the sprayed support layer in a room temperature at 25-35 degrees C and drying naturally for 15-24 hours;and (5) artificial bionic skin prepared by the above mentioned method.
