▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 20-50 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 1-7 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 2-8 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 1-6 pts. wt. rosin pentaerythritol resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. modified bentonite, 7-20 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 25-55 pts. wt. C5 petroleum resin, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4- hydroxyphenyl)propionate). USE - The hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is useful for laser printing and laser imaging. Can also be used in laser printing technology to quickly project digital pattern or document to photosensitive surface e.g. photosensitive drum, the position in laser beam will generate electronic discharge phenomenon, and the electrostatic action type magnet attracts some fine ink powder and the printing effect. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the bonding performance and thermal stability of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive; and can solve the problem of glue overflow caused by the high temperature process of printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive used for laser printing comprising adding maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, rosin pentaerythritol, modified bentonite, naphthenic oil, C5 petroleum resin, pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4- hydroxyphenyl)propionate) to the mixer, heating up to 77-85degrees Celsius, stirring at 77-85degrees Celsius and 30-80 revolutions/minute for 3-7 hours, heating up to 155~165degrees Celsius, stirring at 155-165degrees Celsius, 130-180revolutions/minute for 3-7 hours, adding thermoplastic elastomer and butyl rubber, continuously stirring at 1550165degrees Celsiusnd 130-180 revolutions/minute for 1-4 hours, discharging the material, and cooling down to 22-30degrees Celsius.
