NOVELTY - Thermal conductive insulating silicone rubber comprising 12-50 pts. wt. liquid silicone rubber base glue, 6-40 pts. wt. thermally conductive powder, 6-30 pts. wt. flame retardant materials, and 1-30 pts. wt. additives. USE - The thermal conductive insulating silicone rubber is useful for 5G in silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids adding a large amount of inorganic filler, the silicon rubber has flame retardant performance, at the same time, the heat resistance is further improved. The insulating heat-conducting silicon rubber prepared by the invention has good flame retardance and high thermal conductivity, which can meet the heat conducting and radiating requirements in the field of 5 G.
