NOVELTY - Conductive ink coating film comprises graphene sheets staggered to form three-dimensional conductive network of graphene sheets. The graphene sheet layer is embedded in resin matrix of conductive ink. USE - Conductive ink coating film. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink coating film has good conductive performance, stability, mild conditions, simple process, easy operation, low cost and great potential for industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a conductive ink, which comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyester resin carrier, 40-80 pts. wt. graphene oily dispersion, 0.1-1 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent; (2) a method for preparing conductive ink, which involves mixing polyester resin and solvent, obtaining polyester resin carrier, shearing and dispersing polyester resin carrier, dispersant, leveling agent and fumed silica to obtain mixed slurry, and grinding and mixing mixed slurry and graphene oily dispersion to obtain conductive ink; and (3) a heating film, which comprises conductive ink.
