NOVELTY - Preparing graphene and polyimide composite film involves using room temperature, atmospheric pressure, nitrogen protection and adding functionalized graphene into the polar solvent and dispersing for 2-6 hours to obtain a solution of polar functionalized graphene. Polyisocyanate is added dropwise to a solution of polar functionalized graphene at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, under a nitrogen atmosphere for 1-2 hours. Anhydride monomer reactive functional group is added to functionalized graphene with an isocyanate group. USE - Method for preparing graphene and polyimide composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene and polyimide composite film has low reaction temperature, cost effective, simple process and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene and polyimide composite film involves using room temperature, atmospheric pressure, nitrogen protection and adding functionalized graphene into the polar solvent and dispersing for 2-6 hours to obtain a solution of polar functionalized graphene. Polyisocyanate is added dropwise to a solution of polar functionalized graphene at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, under a nitrogen atmosphere for 1-2 hours. Anhydride monomer reactive functional group is added to functionalized graphene with an isocyanate group. Obtained mixture is placed in a preheated oil bath to 90 degrees C under atmospheric pressure in the pot and stirred for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene and polyimide precursor solution. Obtained graphene and polyimide precursor solution is uniformly applied onto a glass plate, and then placed in a resistance furnace control box with gradient curing agent, to give the final graphene and polyimide composite film.
