▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - 250 ml or more Ethanol solution and 0.1-5 g graphene-coated magnesium oxide are mixed and ultrasonic-dispersed, to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene-coated magnesium oxide-ethanol mixture. 95 g or more AZ91 Magnesium alloy powder is added to uniform dispersion and ultrasonic-mechanical-stirred, to obtain slurry. The slurry is filtered, dried under vacuum, transferred to mold, and cold-pressed. Argon is supplied to composite material and sintered at 500-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The sintered composite is hot-extruded at 350-400 degrees C and heat-treated. USE - Coating of magnesium oxide on graphene-coated magnesium oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and safe coating of magnesium oxide on graphene-coated magnesium oxide having excellent interfacial bond strength and grain refinement characteristics by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 250 ml or more Ethanol solution and 0.1-5 g graphene-coated magnesium oxide are mixed and ultrasonic-dispersed for 1-2 hours, to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene-coated magnesium oxide-ethanol mixture. 95 g or more AZ91 Magnesium alloy powder with granularity of 325 or less is added to uniform dispersion of graphene-coated magnesium oxide-ethanol mixture and ultrasonic-mechanical-stirred for 1-3 hours, to obtain slurry. The slurry is filtered, dried under vacuum, transferred to mold, and cold-pressed at room temperature and pressure of 100-600 MPa. Argon is supplied to composite material and sintered at 500-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The sintered composite is hot-extruded at 350-400 degrees C and heat-treated.
