▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide/graphene composite fiber, graphene oxide/graphene/carbon nanotube composite fiber or graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite fiber having heterojunction structure involves preparing a gel fibers (g1) by spinning a graphene oxide dispersion solution in a coagulation bath containing a coagulation component (c1), preparing a gel fibers (g2) by spinning a carbon nanotube dispersion solution and/or graphene dispersion solution, in a coagulation bath containing the coagulation component (c1), joining the fibers (g1) and (g2), washing with water, and drying. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/graphene composite fiber, graphene oxide/graphene/carbon nanotube composite fiber or graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite fiber having heterojunction structure used as electrode material for battery and supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical mass-manufacture of graphene oxide/graphene composite fiber, graphene oxide/graphene/carbon nanotube composite fiber or graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite fiber having heterojunction structure having excellent electroconductivity and low internal resistance, with high yield.
