▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing heat dissipation ink comprises preparing first mixture by mixing 25-70 wt.% solvent and 10-30 wt.% resin; (b) preparing a second mixture by mixing 0.5-30 wt.% of dry graphene flakes, 0.1-20 wt.% of carbon nanotubes, 0.5-10 wt.% dispersant, and 0.5-10 wt.% surfactant; and (c) preparing heat dissipation ink containing graphene flakes by mixing second mixture with the first mixture. USE - The heat dissipation ink is useful in heat sinks i.e. computer and notebook computer, automobile engine and motor, and heat dissipation coating fields i.e. mobile phones. ADVANTAGE - The method produces environmentally friendly heat dissipation ink having high thermal emissivity, low-temperature and rapid heat treatment; produces dry-wet graphene flakes from graphite in short time with high yield and purity; does not discharge volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during ink coating; maximizes heat release rate by compensating for the very slow heat release rate of the structural material; and is simple.
