▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A vibrating diaphragm comprises at least one layer of modified ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber film layer formed by mixing inorganic hollow microspheres, additive and ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer to mixed rubber, and crosslinking. The particle size of the inorganic hollow microspheres is 1-60 µm. The distribution density of inorganic hollow microspheres in the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber film layer is 0.15-0.9 g/cm3. The loss factor of the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber film layer is 0.11 or more, after baking at 150℃ for 168 hours. USE - Vibrating diaphragm is used in sounding device (claimed) e.g. loudspeaker of intelligent electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The vibrating diaphragm has excellent damping performance even in high-temperature environment, and improves the intermediate frequency sensitivity of the sounding device.
