NOVELTY - The assembly has a fiber cement board that cut is into several pieces according to a required size, and then steel bars are cut and welded to form the required size. A truss is positioned on a working mold table, and steel bars are inserted in the truss and tied them together. The fiber cement board is fixed and installed on the truss by self-tapping screws, and the other side of the truss is laminated with graphene polystyrene board. Doors and windows, connecting sleeves and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) junction boxes are installed, after turning the combined board upright. Composite panels are lifted to the site, and assembled into wall panels and laminated panels on site. The graphene concrete is poured into the wall panels and laminated panels. Second-story wall panels and laminated panels are assembled and poured, after completing a first-story building. USE - Assembly for prefabricated building system without disassembly. ADVANTAGE - The building wall assembled by the assembly has the advantages of high process yield, strong applicability and light weight, and the graphene concrete has higher density than traditional concrete, and has significantly improved flexural strength and compressive strength.
