▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose antibacterial composite material involves preparing wet bacterial cellulose film by adding bacterial cellulose-producing bacteria to seed culture medium, activating, adding 5-10 %mass inoculum, uniformly mixing, heat-preserving and fermenting, carrying out alkali-washing of wet bacterial cellulose film, beating into homogeneous suspension, mixing with graphene oxide solution, obtaining homogeneous mixture by ultrasonically dispersing, filtering homogeneous mixture under reduced pressure and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose antibacterial composite material (claimed) used for medical dressings and artificial skin applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy preparation of graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose antibacterial composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose antibacterial composite material involves preparing wet bacterial cellulose film by adding bacterial cellulose-producing bacteria to seed culture medium, activating, adding 5-10 %mass inoculum, uniformly mixing, heat-preserving at 30 plus minus 2 degrees C and fermenting for 1-2 weeks, carrying out alkali-washing of wet bacterial cellulose film, mechanically beating into homogeneous suspension, mixing with graphene oxide solution, obtaining homogeneous mixture by ultrasonically dispersing, filtering homogeneous mixture under reduced pressure and freeze-drying.
