NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-aluminum-based composite conducting bar remanufactured by motor involves preparing graphene-aluminium-based complex liquid, where the graphene- aluminum-based compound liquid comprises graphene, rare earth material, boron element and rhenium element. The insulating layer is coated on the groove wall of the rotor iron core, the rotor (2) ferric core is preheated and the graphene aluminum-type composite liquid is casted into the groove of the rotary iron core to obtain the aluminum-silver composite guide bar. USE - Aluminum-based composite conducting bar for use in a motor i.e. three-phase asynchronous motor. Can also be used for a small-sized motor and medium-sized high-efficiency motor. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based composite guide strip has high conductivity, high thermal conductivity and good toughness, and can further improve the efficiency of the motor, it is more beneficial for the motor to be used in the manufacturing field.
