NOVELTY - Processing wood using environmentally friendly adhesive composition comprises cleaning both sides of the oil-adhesive surface of wood, which is an adhesive, surface treatment that creates scratches with at least one of sandpaper or a sanding machine to remove dust, oil, paint, stains, contamination, and foreign substances and to strengthen oil penetration, gluing wood, heating for 45-75 minutes in hot air heating chamber at 180-250 degrees C, adopting use of roller-type or brush-type applicator as painting tool to permeate environmentally friendly oil into wood, if additional work is performed on the painted surface corresponding to at least one of engraving, embossing, and opening between the sanding process and the hot air heating process, adopting use of silicone oil, aromatic base oil, or paraffin base oil in ratio of 1:1:0.5, and 2-3 pts. wt. citrus oil mixed with insect repellent oil, repeating application for 3 times per 10 l of 45-50/m2. USE - The method is useful for processing wood using environmentally friendly adhesive composition. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures that the undercoat and top coat can be maintained for a long time and improves the efficiency of painting and coating after oil application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing wood using environmentally friendly adhesive composition comprises cleaning both sides of the oil-adhesive surface of wood, which is an adhesive, surface treatment that creates scratches with at least one of sandpaper or a sanding machine to remove dust, oil, paint, stains, contamination, and foreign substances and to strengthen oil penetration, gluing wood, heating for 45-75 minutes in hot air heating chamber at 180-250 degrees C, adopting use of roller-type or brush-type applicator as painting tool to permeate environmentally friendly oil into wood, if additional work is performed on the painted surface corresponding to at least one of engraving, embossing, and opening between the sanding process and the hot air heating process, adopting use of silicone oil, aromatic base oil, or paraffin base oil in ratio of 1:1:0.5, and 2-3 pts. wt. citrus oil mixed with insect repellent oil, repeating application for 3 times per 10 l of 45-50/m2, where the outer surface of the roller-type applicator should be made of soft wool or cloth, applying undercoat composition prepared by mixing modified unsaturated polyester resin and crosslinking monomer to the outer surface of the wood subjected to the environmentally friendly oil penetration process, where coating composition is prepared by reacting a polyol and polybasic acid in 35-45:45-55 to prepare an intermediate, reacting 2-3 pts. wt. polyamine to prepare an amine-modified unsaturated polyester resin, polymerizing with 6-7 pts. wt. dipentaerythritol polyacrylate and 10-13 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate to prepare modified unsaturated polyester resin, mixing mixture of 2-3 pts. wt. graphene fibers and 4-5 pts. wt. cellulose nanofibers to increase elasticity and tension, coating environmentally friendly adhesive on the upper surface, applying color top coat before environmentally friendly adhesive is completely cured, where resin composition used contains 30-40 pts. wt. aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent based on 100 pts. wt. polyester main resin having viscosity of 1500-2500 (cps/25 degrees C), where aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent is methylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, cyclohexyl diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, and isobornyl diisocyanate, the polyester main resin is used as an environmentally friendly paint composition with low VOC content prepared by 14-17 pts. wt. isophthalic acid, 23-24 pts. wt. adipic acid, and 24-25 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, coating process is performed to form flame retardant waterproof layer on the upper surface of the wood on which the top coat is formed, and the flame retardant waterproof layer is formed by additionally applying an environmentally friendly adhesive and a liquid elastic coating material to the upper surface of the wood on which the top coat is formed to form a non-flammable waterproof layer, in addition to the local damage of the top coat, the airtightness of the multilayer structure between the undercoat layer, environmentally friendly adhesive layer, and the top coat layer, and if there is an irregular surface of the wood, it adjusts the uniform height, and the elastic coating material is composed of a water-soluble urethane coating material, after spraying on the top using the adhesive force of the topcoat composition used for wood, before it hardens, apply a water-soluble urethane coating material three or more times and dry with hot air to maintain flatness while performing roll coating based on 100 pts. wt. water-soluble urethane coating material constituting the 4-6 pts. wt. UV-curable paint is mixed and applied, and the flame retardant is antimony molybdate, aluminum hydroxide, molybdenum oxide, and magnesium hydroxide, in the elastic coating material containing the curable paint in the upper surface coating process, the ultraviolet curable paint is formed of an acrylic resin, and an air spraying process using air pressure is performed to prevent the ultraviolet curable paint from forming an unevenly agglomerated shape. After performing additionally, the UV light source is irradiated to the wood through a UV irradiation device and cured to complete environmentally friendly oil-penetrated wood, forming a secondary coating film, adhesive coating process. The environmentally friendly adhesive composition preparation is 40% environmentally friendly adhesive containing vegetable extracts and vegetable oils, measuring 60% of the curing agent, stirring and mixing for 3 minutes, adding polyurethane prepolymer, 23-24 pts. wt. plant fragrance, 13-15 pts. wt. hybrid resin mixture, 7-8 pts. wt. diluent, 4-6 pts. wt. thickener, 7-9 pts. wt. plasticizer, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, silver lacquer extract, rosin extract, kelp extract, rubber tree extract, Arborus root extract, daffodil extract, benjamin extract, garlic extract, ginseng mugwort extract, and plum extract, and CNT nano-based material is a hybrid resin mixture, PLA (poly lactic acid) resin, cellulose nanofiber, and carbon fiber are used in a mass ratio of 7-8:18-24:11-15, stirred to form a gel having viscosity 5-7, in a gel-type composition, and cellulose is dried for 15-36 minutes at temperature of -130 to 30 degrees C using drying method e.g. freeze drying, hot air dryer, oven, and natural drying, the dried cellulose is pulverized to a size of 0.05-2 nm for penetration and maintenance of the adhesive composition of wood.
