NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene modified natural silk fiber involves adding graphite powder to 50-70 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid according to solid-liquid ratio of 1:(8-12), stirring reaction at 80-120 degrees C and rate of 800-1000 rpm for 2-4 hours, filtering with microporous membrane, washing repeatedly until the filtrate is neutral, vacuum drying at 50-60 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide, degumming the silk fiber using 8-10 wt.% sodium carbonate solution, dialyzing, purifying to obtain pure silk fibroin solution, mixing graphene oxide with pure silk fibroin solution by high pressure atomization process, controlling pressure at 20-30 MPa, liquid flow rate at 120-180 drops/minute and temperature at 70-80 degrees C, ultrasonically treating at 90-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, melt spinning and stretching.
