▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-flexible translucent complex conductive film comprises (i) placing a clean copper foil placed into a quartz tube, introducing carrier gas, heating from room temperature to reaction temperature, and introducing carbon source gas; (ii) regulating the total pressure and radio frequency power using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method, and growing graphene nano-wall (GNWs) on the surface of copper foil; and (iii) spin-coating ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer(EVA) and butyl acetate solution on the surface of graphene nano-wall copper foil, drying at 70-90 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, and peeling off GNWs-EVA complex film from the surface of the copper foil. USE - The conductive film is useful in the field of intelligent sensor and flexible touch screen.
