▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing fluoroethylene carbonate by gas phase method, comprises (i) preheating ethylene carbonate and fluorine gas, placing in a rectification tower filled with a supported catalyst, and carrying out reactive distillation to obtain fluoroethylene carbonate-containing gas phase A at the top of the rectification tower, (ii) transferring the gas phase A to primary condenser provided at the top of the rectification tower, and condensing at 30-50 ℃, preferably 35-40 ℃ to obtain liquefied product fluoroethylene carbonate and gas phase B, and (iii) pressurizing the gas phase B by compressor and transferring the gas phase B to secondary condenser, condensing at -40 to -20 ℃, and separating to obtain fluorine gas and liquefied hydrogen fluoride, where the fluorine gas is recycled to step (i) for reuse. USE - The method is useful in synthesizing fluoroethylene carbonate by gas phase method. ADVANTAGE - The method: can continuously produce fluoroethylene carbonate with high efficiency through the gas phase method; and has high single pass conversion rate and high selectivity.
