The synergistic effect of graphene and graphite forms an independent thermal conducting network. USE - High-thermal conductivity graphene/graphite resin composite material used for integrated electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has thermal conductivity reaching to 5.2 W/m-K. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-thermal conductivity graphene/graphite resin composite material comprising dividing graphene into 2-3 parts, adding to adhesive, uniformly stirring, putting into ultrasonic device, adding base resin, uniformly stirring, uniformly distributing graphene-adhesive on surface of base resin, dividing graphite filler into 3-4 parts, covering graphite-adhesive resin, uniformly stirring, forming outer-shell thermally-conductive sphere with three-layer structure, drying at 50-75 degrees C for 15-28 hours, removing moisture in adhesive, drying and press-forming in mold cavity.
