▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-reinforced porous titanium-based composite material involves adding graphene to a benign organic solvent solution of 2,6-toluene diisocyanate, performing surface treatment in the presence of organotin catalysts, using sodium borohydride as a reducing agent, reducing the surface-treated graphene to obtain modified graphene. The modified graphene is put in a closed system, passed in gas under the effect of external pressure. The surface of the modified graphene is sufficiently makes adsorb gas. The modified graphene is dispersed such that it adsorbed the gas in N, N-dimethylformamide, added titanium alloy powder for ball milling and drying to obtain modified graphene/titanium alloy powder mixed powder. The modified graphene/ titanium alloy powder mixed powder is subjected to selective laser melting in an inert environment to form a graphene-reinforced porous titanium-based composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced porous titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-reinforced porous titanium-based composite material is helps to improves the uniformity of dispersion of graphene in a titanium matrix, and improves the interface binding performance of graphene and a titanium matrix, and has rich and uniform internal pore structure.
